The Kenwood Series

The Kenwood Series is an exhibition of works by Anthony Caro at Templon Paris (Grenier Saint-Lazare) from September 5 to October 24, 2026, presenting in Paris a group of works from The Kenwood Series (2003–2004). The show brings together thirteen sculptures that combine stoneware, stone and steel—work that grew out of a 2003 collaboration with ceramicist Hans Spinner—and evokes fragments of landscape and the human figure without becoming overtly representational. At its centre is Witness (2003–2004), a stoneware-and-steel sculpture measuring 279.5 × 221 × 147.5 cm; the series is named after Kenwood House in London, where these sculptures were first exhibited.
